BJBJ -1500 mixer is dual-shaft mixing, and it can not tip discharge because of the big volume. It comprises dynamic and transmission system, hopper lid, mixing paddles components, mixing hoppers, electric cabinet, pneumatic components and rack etc. It is completely made of high quality stainless steel sus304. It can be equipped with different kinds of paddles meet for different mixing requirements.

 It can mix all kinds of materials evenly because of special designed paddle and screws. This machine can be not only used for meat processing industry but also for other food processing industries like chocolate,bean products, additive and etc.

It is equipped with time setting function for moving forward, backward or pauses. Nitrogen-filled and heating etc could also be added.

It According to customers’ requirements, it can be assembled with cooling structure to satisfy mixing processing of grinded meat.
